1. EVENTS TRAILER 

Our roaming trailer which is full service with coffee and donuts

$1500 minimum/ 2 hour minimum. Additional hours (optional): $500 per hour

-Medium espresso drinks

-Lotus plant based energy drinks

-Best fit for large events

-Best fit for colleges, companies, and towns

-Best for outdoor events

2. MOBILE COFFEE CART (NEW)

Brand new state of the art mobile coffee cart

$800 minimum/ 2 hour minimum

-Best fit for smaller groups < 100 people​

-Best fit for indoor events (no stairs)

-Good for schools, churches, corporate events, indoor/ cold Maine winter weddings

-Event location must be wheelchair accessible/ our cart can't do steps

-Not included: 20% Gratuity

3. CATERING SERVICE (NEW)

$400 Minimum / 2 hour service. Additional hours- $100 dollar/ hour. 

-Barista, table set-up, maintains the table, refreshes supplies

-Best fit for birthday parties, reunions, wedding brunches, day after weddings, bridal/baby showers

Included:

- 1 to 2 barista's to maintain set-up

- Keeps table clean and items on table refreshed

- Brewed coffee, Donuts, Muffins

- Not included: espresso beverages (ie. Popham palm) 

- Setup/ take down

-Gratuity NOT included

4. CATERING TO-GO ORDER 

Order your coffee and pick up at the trailer

-10 drink minimum 

-Best for smaller events

-Best for schools or business

-You pick- up at 467 Main Street, Richmond Maine AND drop off used coffee containers by the end of the day.

Included:

- Coffee containers aka "Cambros" of hot coffee, cider, coco

- All sugar/ creamers

- Donuts in to-go boxes

- No baristas

- NO table maintenance 

- No espresso beverages

- No Lotus beverages
