Olivia Winokurzew

I am one of the owners of Morning Moose Coffee and the Director of Marketing, Social Media and the Manager of our private location inside Idexx World Headquarters. I am passionate about creative design and LOVE creating fun content and videos on Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok! Outside of work, you can find me hiking up a mountain or skiing down a mountain (true Mainer at heart with the Bean boots and all :)

I have a wealth of experience from my years of working at a local coffee shop while taking marketing courses, business seminars and marketing workshops. This allowed me to expand my thinking and believing that I could start my own coffee business. I am blown away at the successes so far and SUPER excited about the future of Morning Moose.

Daniel Beall

HI! I am the energetic, passionate, full time entrepreneur! After almost 10 years as Associate Director at Verizon Corporate, I gave up this position up to pursue my dream because

" When you love what you do, you never work a day in your life".

I will be using my double major in Business Management and Business Marketing and my Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Jack Welch Management Institute at Strayer University to level up Morning Moose Coffee!

Lindsay Beall

Hi, I’m Lindsay, another one of the owners!! I specialize in everything Human Resources. I hire baristas and staff that align with our core values and focus on attracting top talent.

Born and raised in Richmond, Maine, I ventured out to work at George Washington University Hospital in Washington, DC for 6 years as an RN and then Inova Landsdowne Hospital for another 6 years as a Nurse Practitioner after receiving my Registered Nurse (RN) and Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Liberty University and Chamberlain University respectively.

I realized that I was building someone else's dream and wanted to take a leap and build my own! I am 100% sure I made the right choice and I LOVE what I do now working full time in my own business!

Elsie Winokurzew

Hi, I am one of the four owners and the Director of Operations at Morning Moose. When I'm not overseeing events, I maintain partnerships with stakeholders and establish processes for a highly effective workflow. I love spending time outdoors enjoying Maine’s beautiful coastline and with my large family. I received my Masters in Occupational Therapy in 2022 and am passionate about helping kids achieve their goals. With a unique skill set, I bring a blend of operational expertise and a deep commitment to both personal and professional growth.

Marketing & E-commerce Expert

Elijah Matev

Hi, I manage the e-commerce platforms for Morning Moose. I also execute and optimize online marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement. This includes social media marketing and email marketing. I am located in Tennessee and love to travel. My favorite hobby is pickleball, I am very competitive and enjoy the sport a lot. I have founded & scaled 3 of my own company’s and am now helping like minded entrepreneurs do the same.
